Shipping Policy

How long does it take Planta Scientific to ship my order?

Shipping Options: We offer USPS, FedEx, UPS shipping options for smaller orders and a variety of freight options for larger orders. Your account manager will provide freight carrier options for larger shipments.

Customer Shipping Accounts: We do not accept customer shipping account numbers for smaller shipments. We welcome self-arranged freight for large bulk order pallet shipments on your account number. Your Account Manager will coordinate with you to confirm freight specs and pick-up options.

Online Orders: Generally, we ship most online orders in 1-2 business days if placed by 11:00 am EST. Expedited shipping options chosen after 11:00 am EST will ship the next business day. None of our expedited shipping options offer Saturday delivery.

Large Bulk Orders: Large bulk orders may have longer lead times. Your Account Manager will provide the estimated lead time and keep you informed with tracking details when your order ships from our facility.

Custom Bulk & Finished Goods Orders: Custom bulk and custom finished goods order ship times are project dependent and will be provided by your Account Manager. We can provide quotes from various freight carriers, or you may arrange your own freight and pickup between 10 am - 3 pm EST, providing us with your bill of lading and shipping label information.

Shipping Rates:

Online order shipping options and rates can be easily seen and selected during checkout.

Your Account Manager will quote freight for large orders and custom-finished goods. Alternatively, schedule your own freight, arrange the pickup time, and supply us with the shipping labels and bill of lading.

International Shipping:

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the items' price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. We are not responsible for regulatory or customs issues that may prevent the delivery of your shipment. Further, each Buyer represents and warrants that their import of Planta Scientific products shall comply with the importing country's governing laws in which the buyer receives the shipment.

Where does my order ship from?

Your order will ship out of our Florida (Miami or Tampa) locations or from one of our distribution centers in the U.S.

Ship Times

All shipments are handled by 3rd party shipping and logistics providers. We do not guarantee 3rd party shipping times. Depending on your location within the contiguous U.S., a ground shipment typically arrives 1-5 business days after processing. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer. You will receive an email confirming your order has shipped along with the tracking number for your shipment.

Lost Shipments

You will receive a tracking number for bulk orders that ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Contact your Account Manager if your bulk shipment is delayed, lost, or stolen. We will refund you the amount paid for your shipment if it doesn’t arrive at its destination within 30 days. All bulk, custom, and finished goods shipped as palleted freight shipments are subject to the terms and conditions of that order and the chosen freight carrier.

Changes to Our Shipping Policy

In our sole discretion, we reserve the right to change our shipping policy at any time by posting revised terms to our Shipping Policy here. You must check periodically for any changes we may make to this policy. Contact us before placing your order for more information about your specific order’s ship from location and specific shipping times.

Changes to Terms

In its sole discretion, Planta Scientific reserves the right to change the Terms under which www.plantascientific.com is offered. Your continued use of our services after posting changes to this policy or other terms means you accept the changes. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. Planta Scientific encourages you to review the Terms periodically to stay informed of our updates.
