AB45 Product Disclaimer

Planta Scientific (“Company”) sells products containing hemp, hemp-derived substances, and related products (individually “Product”, collectively “Products”). Company’s production, procurement, sale, and distribution of hemp, hemp-derived substances, and related products are in accordance with the 2018 Agricultural Improvement Act (the “Farm Bill”), the Sherman Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Law (the “SFDCL”), California Assembly Bill 45 (“AB45”), and all other state and federal laws and regulations governing Company’s production, procurement, sale and distribution of hemp, hemp-derived substances, and related products.

Specifically, Company’s production and procurement of Products is done in accordance with the licensing, registration, and procurement regulations of the state of California and the State Department of Public Health, and all other state and federal laws and regulations. All source material used to produce Products comes from a verified cultivator of Hemp who is in good standing with the governing laws of the state or country of origin.

Company only sells Products to Buyer who can legally purchase such items in the particular jurisdiction where they operate. Each Buyer purchasing Products from Company represents and warrants that it is a licensed and registered entity authorized to purchase the Products under the laws of the state and country in which they operate.

Further, each Buyer represents and warrants that their resale, manufacture, production, or other general use of Products shall be in compliance with the Farm Bill, the SFDCL, AB45, and any other governing laws of the state in which Buyer does business.

Buyer recognizes and acknowledges Company’s compliance with its respective regulatory obligations. By purchasing Product from Company, Buyer recognizes and acknowledges its obligation to comply with the governing laws regulating Buyer’s resale, manufacture, production, or other general use of Products.

Buyer, or Buyer’s authorized representative, hereby agrees to indemnify and release Company from any liability or responsibility relating to Buyer’s resale, manufacture, production, or other general use of Products.

FDA Disclaimer

The statements made regarding these products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. The efficacy of these products has not been confirmed by FDA-approved research.
