We offer a 100% money-back guarantee that all ingredient products conform to the specifications detailed in the certificate of analysis provided for the specific lot you purchase.
Non-conforming Claims
Acceptable Cannabinoid Variance: The cannabinoid concentrations (measured as a percentage of mass) shall be within plus or minus 15.0% of the stated numeric cannabinoid concentration on the product lot’s certificate of analysis that is accepted by the buyer.
Definition of a Non-Conforming Cannabinoid Variance: Any cannabinoid concentrations outside the acceptable plus or minus 15% concentration range.
If you receive a non-conforming batch to the associated certificate of analysis and wish to request a refund or replacement, contact your Account Manager directly or email us at create@plantascientific.com within seven (7) days of receipt.
Notify your Account Manager of the nonconforming product lot and include the following:
A COA from a 3rd party lab:
The COA must reference the product lot number you purchased.
The COA must use the same test methodology as indicated on our provided COA.
Identify the specific cannabinoids that meet the above ‘Non-Conforming Cannabinoid Variance’ definition.
We reserve the right to do the following before providing a refund:
Receive your original nonconforming order, at our expense, before replacing or refunding the order
Perform our investigation and retesting to confirm nonconforming concerns
If we confirm your non-conforming claim, you can receive a full refund or a full replacement of the item.
Once we approve your nonconforming claim, you have seven (7) days from receipt of the RMA and return shipping labels to return ship the non-conforming products. We will cover return shipping fees. We will not honor the claim if we do not receive your nonconforming products within fourteen (14) days of guarantee claim approval.
Damaged Product Claims
Immediately contact your account manager or create@plantascientific.com upon receipt of the damaged product.
Send detailed photos of the damage and the bill of lading indicating the damage when making your claim.
We may request the return of damaged products to honor the claim. We will cover shipping costs and scheduling. All products must be returned in their original packaging.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY OUR RMA (RETURNED MATERIALS AUTHORIZATION) FORM USING OUR RETURN LABEL. IF A PRODUCT IS RETURNED WITHOUT OUR RMA FORM AND OUR RETURN LABEL THE SHIPMENT WILL BE SUBJECT TO REFUSAL.
Shipping and Freight Claims
Our full refund guarantee for the product does not apply to the reimbursement of shipping charges. However, Planta Scientific will reship goods that have been damaged or lost by a common carrier before delivery.
